Does anyone know if 'those in charge' read this?  Are they even aware of the problem?

Oh, it's so frustrating. 

There is definite problems with getting connected.  It worked earlier today and late yesterday, but each time there is NO sound.  Last night and tonight, all that comes on after the advertisement is black screen with the word "Connecting.." But it never does connect.  It is not 10pm in Alaska yet but perhaps they need to shut it own earlier.  Maybe they are having problems with the Real Player at their end.  When they do get the picture, sound would be nice.  The sound of the rushing falls really does add to the ambiance of the whole intriguing peak into the lives of these majestic creatures. 

I am having the same problem.  The connection worked for a few minutes yesterday afternoon, long enough to get a lovely close-up a big grizzly, but when I tuned in again last night, NOTHING.  It looks like it will start, gets through the commercial and then sits in the connecting mode with a black screen for ever.  I too would appreciate any help that anyone has to offer.  I can get to the other cams, for example the seal cam.

Here I go again.  Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.  I'm new to this forum.

I watched the Grizzlies cam everyday last year with no problems.

Now all I get is the brown screen with the word "Connecting...." on the screen.

RealPlayer is updated, I'm using Win XP and have a DSL modem.

Please help.  I'm ready to bust!!!!!!!  >;-(
